Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 8-14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, and peak periods such as holidays.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. An optional priority processing and insured shipping upgrade is available at checkout for $6.99.

Duties and taxes

All import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional customs charges when your order is delivered.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information can take 2-3 business days to become active after dispatch.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email contact@melzy.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
